梅の花が綺麗に咲いて
春の訪れを感じます♪
最近
なぜか
グラタンやシチューなど
ホワイトソースが食べたくなります
グラタンが食べたくなると
いつも思い出す
子供の頃あるお店で食べたグラタンの味
マカロニは細目でホワイトソースがとろ～り
私の記憶に未だに残る味でした
残念ながらそのお店はなくなり( ；∀；)
色々なお店で自分好みのグラタンを探しましたが
見つかりませんでした・・・
そこからは自分で再現しようと
何度もチャレンジするも
全くダメ（笑）
いつか自分好みの
グラタンが作れるよう
チャレンジし続けます☆
